By assessing these areas it enables us to profile you, new team members or the entire team. We look at each individual’s strengths and ‘work ons’ across the 4 pillars. We are able to strategically assist with ensuring the right individual is performing within the right role which in turn maximises the teams’ performance.
Additionally the assessment tool has great use in identifying pre existing injuries, or potential risk of injuries and other barriers which may fall within one’s mindset, nutrition and recovery strategies that could have the potential to hinder or heighten performance. This allows for program modification which can help improve performance.
