Strength & Conditioning is more than lifting weights, it is the physical, physiological and mental development of athletes for sport performance. Strength & Conditioning will encompass the entire development of the athlete and what is needed to improve physical performance. This includes plyometrics, speed, agility, endurance and trunk stability with strength training being just one piece of the jigsaw.


We recognise that each athlete is an individual and requires bespoke periodised programming to achieve their goals.  We appreciate 1-2-1 / group S&C is not just about having someone by your side.  Instead we bridge the gap between the theory of training and applied training, assisting athletes to become faster, stronger and more mobile.  We will guide you through your entire performance, enhancing your training journey while regularly reassessing your goals to ensuring we are on target.

Our S&C coaches work alongside sports coaches to assist in designing the most effective programmes that will address the programme that targets strengths and weaknesses, as well as the particular sporting need of the athlete, team and sport. There are many ways a structured programme can add to the rehabilitation, speed, agility, endurance, strength and mindset of the athletes.
