Finantional commitment

What is my financial commitment?

If you are paying by direct debit, your signature on the credit-card or debit-card form authorises us to use that card to take the monthly payment if we do not receive your direct-debit payment for any reason. If you fall behind with your membership fees and this is not caused by a bank error, we may charge reasonable administration fees or suspend or cancel your membership and we may pass your details to a debt-collection company to recover any outstanding payments.

We may decide to increase our membership fees, but your fees will not increase in your agreed term of membership (unless you do not provide ID when we have requested it) We will give you one month’s notice of any fee change. If you pay Back2Action by lump-sum payment, we will only review your contract before its due for renewal.

Your health is your responsibility. The management and staff at Back2Action are dedicated to helping you enjoy our facilities. With careful consideration we have listed below what we would expect from each other.

Back2Actions commitment to you

We will respect your personal dictions and will allow you to make your own decisions about what excursive you choose to carry out. However we ask you not to exercise beyond what you consider to be your own capabilities.

We will make every reasonable effort to ensure that our equipment and facilities are in a safe condition for you to enjoy.

We will take reasonable steps to ensure that our staff are qualified to the fitness industry standard as set out by the registry of exercise professionals.

If you tell us that you have a disability witch puts you at a disadvantage no matter how substantial we will consider what adjustments, if any, are reasonable to make.

Your commitment to Back2Action

You should not exercise beyond your own abilities. If you know or are concerned about a medical condition that may interfere with you exercising safely, you should get advice from a relevant medical professional before using our equipment or facilities.

It is your responsibility to make yourself aware of any rules and instructions including warning notices. Exercise carries its own risks so you should not carry out any activates that you have been told are not suitable for you.

You are required to inform us immediately if you fell unwell while using our equipment or facilities, our staff members are not qualified doctors, but there may be a person available who has first aid training.

If you have a disability, you must follow reasonable instructions to ensure you exercise safely.
